Complaint filed 7/24/08 in state trial court.  Case removed to federal district court on 7/29/08.  Answer filed 8/7/08.  Order denying Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction on 9/17/08. Order granting unopposed motion for extension of time to file Joint Status Report and Provisional Discovery Plan and to Reschedule the Rule 16 Conference entered 12/17/08. Unopposed motion for extension of time for discovery filed 4/15/09.
